Our Coaches

The Infinite Health Coach program recruits hundreds of experienced life coaches from across the country. Our coaches specialize in a range of health and wellness fields and each hold a bachelor's and/or graduate degree in the following areas:

  •  Exercise science
  •  Health education
  •  Exercise physiology
  •  Counseling
  •  Child development
  •  Nutrition

Meet Three of Our Coaches

Sally, Andrew, and Susan represent just a few of our life coaches.

   Meet Sally

"I am dedicated to helping all our members find a good balance between work, family, and play. It's important to laugh a lot and keep your mind and body active."

Sally works hard to help members achieve goals and overcome any barriers. She holds a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Purdue University, and has worked in the fitness industry for over 18 years. As a certified personal trainer and spinning instructor, she knows how to motivate members to start managing weight, reducing stress, and living a healthier lifestyle.

   Meet Andrew

"I work in the health industry because health is the only thing that can't be replaced, but it can always be improved."

Andrew specializes in fitness, exercise, and kidney health. He enjoys helping clients with a proactive, preventive approach. His positive spirit has encouraged members to remain healthy and happy as long as possible. Andrew is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. He holds a bachelor's degree in health administration and physical education from Cumberland College. He also completed postgraduate work in general health and exercise physiology at Murray State University.

  Meet Susan

"Don't stress the small stuff, enjoy every minute with family and friends, and try to keep things as simple as possible."

Susan specializes in developing, planning, and implementing behavior modification programs for weight loss, nutrition, fitness, and stress management. She has extensive experience designing health programs for individuals including seniors, youths, diabetics and pre-/post-natal women. Susan holds a bachelor's degree in health education and a master's degree in physical education with a specialization in cardiac rehabilitation and adult fitness from Eastern Illinois University. She has managed a corporate wellness and fitness center for more than 16 years.
